Kosetsu

“Kosetsu” in Japanese means beautiful in a primitive way. Coarse earth is used for cups and plates in this series. Simple but graceful is the concept of “Kosetsu” series, and each item is an artisan’s one and only work made by clay slab building. The three motifs are regarded as auspicious in Japan, so we highly recommend giving them to your friends etc. as celebration gifts. Of course, they are nice for usual home use. For example, you could serve grilled fish, tempura, sliced raw fish, appetizers and side dishes for sake.
