Mare

Mare means "sea" in Italian. It looks like an ordinary flat plate, but part of the surface is concave, and the mechanism is designed to allow sauces and dressings to pool there. When you look at the place where the sauce collects, it looks like a beach. This is the origin of the name of this Mare. Since it is made of white porcelain, it goes well with a variety of dishes, and you can play with the color of the sauce to create an even more impressive dish.
