“Gotico” is named after European medieval Gothic architecture. It is characterized as the spacious surface for dishing up and the shape with an edge missing. It is made of porcelain, but the technique (powdering black clay and applying a white glaze) makes a difference: some powdered black clay can be seen through and the plate has an earthenware-like subtle feeling, but it is quite strong and microwave/dishwasher safe due to the material of porcelain. Accordingly, it can be used even in eating houses. Why don’t you use it for platelunch, as a serving plate of a collection of appetizers and also as a main dish plate?
