Introduction of [Grise] series

Description

"Grise" tableware series comes across as classical because of its relief with burn marks. "Grise" in French means gray, and it has a more subdued feeling than white. There is an unaffected, lovely and even graceful charm to "Grise" series, which leads to such popularity. [7 round bowl] is useful for serving jam, lump sugar, snacks and cheese.

A series of three plates, three bowls and a cup, immediately recognizable for its characteristic pin stripe relief with baked nuances around the rim or on the sides, which results from underlying red earthen clay and the "kohiki" technique, a traditional Japanese technique where the clay is covered with a layer of white powder-clay before transparent glazing. It results in a unique grayish white in soft hue. "Grise" in French means gray, by the way. The mix and merge bring depth to the classic design and makes each piece unique along with rustic iron in power. [7 round bowl] is useful for serving jam, lump sugar, snacks and cheese.
